摘要: 随着钻井工艺技术水平的提高, 要求钻井液循环管汇需具高承压能力、高钻井液输送质量。渤海装备石 油机械厂自主研发的系列钻井液循环管汇, 压力级别高、钻井液压力损失小、钻井液通过质量高, 介绍了产品材料规 格、管线强度与射流冲击力计算、加工工艺设计及滤清器工作原理, 现场应用表明, 产品承压能力强、安装方便, 可 以为深井钻机及复杂井提供配套模块。

Abstract: With improvement of drilling process technology, customers come up with higher and higher requirements on drilling fluid circulation manifold. On one hand, drilling fluid circulation manifold is required to have high pressure-bearing capacity. On the other hand, drilling fluid quality is required to be improved. By means of the computer 3D modeling technology, strictly verified calculation and repeated field experiments, the manufacturer independently developed the high-pressure drilling fluid circulation manifold losing less pressure of drilling fluid and allowing a high-quality passage of drilling fluid. Meanwhile, it standardized production process strictly according to the petroleum industrial standards and API standards, making the product a domestic leader in terms of technology. Field application indicated that this product was strong for its pressure bearing capacity, cost-effective, easy for installation, widely applicable and able to be used as a module matching with deep well drilling rig and complicated well.
